Spring Lookbook Gothic Grunge Alternative

A clear blue Sky is a sign that Spring is here, where the clouds Shy away for the entrance of the Strong Rays of Sunshine. The flowers blossom and bloom whilst the bees and butterflies are busy navigating around this paradise.

Halo: the spring's spirit is crowned with a halo of sunshine.

In this look I am wearing a pale blue crop top with Kawaii velvet eyelashes on (Republic) and I paired this with a little tight floral mini skirt (H&M). I also have on a pair of thin sheer tights (Primark) with a tribal grey and black pattern line at the back. For shoes, I have on navy colored converse (Primark) which I DIY'ed with some metallic studs (eBay).
Tip: use the colors of the clothing item with the pattern to set a color scheme for the outfit and jewellery.
For jewellery, I have on this black lace choker which I DIY'ed and a pair of long gold earrings (Debenhams) with dark blue, olive green and white crystals. I also have on a silver key ring (claire's), silver wing ring (claire's) and a silver ring with a blue gem (Primark).

Deadly Roses: a secret garden filled with beautifully poisonous roses.

Here, I have on this long sleeved tight dress with pink roses (H&M) with a pair of black tights (Primark). For shoes, I have on a pair of pink converse (Primark) that match the color of the roses on my dress. I also have on this thick pink lace piece as a belt to emphasis my waist line.
Tip: Do not be afraid of telling a story with your outfit as it can be a great way of emotional and artistic relief. So once in a while, why not tell a story with your outfit instead of your mouth?!
For jewellery, I have on my beloved black lace chocker that I DIY'ed and a leather chained necklace with a coffin pendent with a skeleton inside (Boutique). For rings, I have on a silver owl ring (claire's) and a silver key ring (claire's)

A Ballerina Escapee: saved from the curse of being imprisoned in a mechanical box.

In this look, I'm wearing a blue lace top (Primark) with a black vest under it (Primark) and a black cardigan (Primark). I have on a navy blue circle skirt (H&M) with grey tights (Primark) and on top I have on a pair of diamond fishnet design tights (Primark). For shoes, I have on a pair of black ballerina flats (Primark).
Tip: always take a little jacket of some kind to protect yourself from the harmful UV rays and also just in case it gets colder later on the day.
For jewellery, I have on my black lace chocker with a mini silver ring as the pendent.

A Touch of Grace: corruption doesn't stand a chance against the Grace of God.

For this look, I have on a grey top with a studded cross in the middle (New Look) with a pair of light washed denim shorts (Primark) and under them I have on fishnets (Primark). I also have on a pair of black shoes (Primark). In the video, I also have on a black mixed media jacket with leather sleeves (Republic).
Tip: try on tights of different lengths, colors, patterns, textures and thickness.
For jewellery, I have on a golden cross ring (Republic), a ring with golden wings on (Republic) and a golden ring with a tiny black gem (Republic). For earrings, I have on a simple stud cross on one ear and on the other I have on a golden one with a long chain with mini crosses.

*My nail polish for all of these looks is a nude color with blush and lilac undertones (Essence)*
